Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how SchedUply Inc. ("SchedUply", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our services. Please read this policy carefully. If you have questions, contact us.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, set up your booking page, or contact support. This includes your name, email address, business name, and payment details (processed securely by Stripe — we never store full card numbers). We also collect data about how you use SchedUply, including log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and device information, to improve our service and diagnose technical issues.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to: • Provide, maintain, and improve SchedUply • Process transactions and send related information (receipts, reminders) • Send promotional communications (you can opt out at any time) • Respond to your comments and questions • Comply with legal obligations

3. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with third-party vendors only to provide our services — for example, Stripe for payments, Twilio for SMS, and AWS for hosting. All vendors are bound by data processing agreements and cannot use your data for their own purposes. We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of SchedUply and its users.

4. Data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, unless we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.

5. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. You can exercise most of these rights directly from your account settings. For requests that require our assistance, please contact us at privacy@scheduply.com. EU/UK users have additional rights under GDPR/UK GDPR, including the right to object to processing and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to authenticate users, remember preferences, and analyse usage. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of SchedUply.

7. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for data in transit and AES-256 for data at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel and is protected by multi-factor authentication. We conduct regular security audits.

8. Children's privacy

SchedUply is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information promptly.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of SchedUply after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
